Lisa’s teaching, language, and relationship-building skills have enabled her to overcome obstacles and establish invaluable connections. Her unshakeable positivity, adeptness at navigating sensitive cultural environments, and ever-ready cheerleading skills have earned her the trust and admiration of those she works with around the world.
Mary Reed is co-founder and Co-Executive Director of Wide Open Wings, responsible for overall vision, strategic planning and mission fulfillment. She is an American who has lived in India and worked in Africa, where she coordinated healthcare partnerships between global and local NGOs, businesses and governments to significantly expand capacity for community-based organizations. She is a former Washington D.C.-based clinical research director and global nonprofit program director, specializing in creative team building and network collaborations. Mary is well known for her love of dancing, especially under trees with kids jamming to a beat sounded out on overturned buckets.
Holly Lucille is a founding board member of Wide Open Wings, responsible for community networking and collaboration strategies. She is a naturopathic physician based in Los Angeles and a nationally recognized expert in the field of integrative medicine. She is a passionate advocate for education aimed at holistic well being and devotes her life to educating people about investing in themselves. She runs a successful high-profile business and works with a wide range of networks and clients around the world. Holly is well known for her upbeat, can-do leadership and an infectious love of fun that she sometimes channels on stage when she moonlights as a bass player in a country/rock band.
